Empowering NGOs Through Collaboration and Support in Southern Ukraine
Since the end of September 2022, Southern Ukraine has been facing massive strikes on critical infrastructure facilities, resulting in power outages and disrupted communication services. In response to these challenges, our coworking space project was established to provide a stable and secure environment for NGOs, volunteers, and IT professionals to collaborate, learn, and grow. Our goal is to build capacity and increase the resilience of local NGOs by providing a coworking space with stable internet and power supply.
The recent events in Ukraine have created significant obstacles for NGOs and humanitarian workers in Southern Ukraine. Power outages, disrupted communication services, and security concerns have made it difficult for NGOs to coordinate their efforts and deliver aid effectively. Our project addresses these issues by providing a dedicated space for NGOs and volunteers to work together and overcome the humanitarian crisis in the region.
Our primary beneficiaries are NGO staff and volunteers from Odesa, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions. We also welcome people from IT and other creative industries as paid clients, further contributing to the vibrant ecosystem of our coworking space.
Our project is a collaborative effort between Manifest Mira, ex-Terminal42 team, and Gostinna Khata Distribution Center\Humanitarian Hub. These experienced partners bring valuable resources and expertise to the project, helping to ensure its success and sustainability.
