Let’s tell you a little bit about the house we live in.
Our house is the Shpolyansky house, which was built in the middle of the nineteenth century. The exact date of its construction is unknown, but when our workers were doing repairs, they found a 3 kopeck silver coin minted in 1842.
The house is an architectural monument, and the 20 cast-iron columns that are located inside the building and serve as a support function are protected by the state.
Since the building was a bank 15 years ago, there is still a large bank vault with a huge safe door in the basement. Unfortunately, it’s empty of money - we checked it.
We also have two secret rooms. But they don’t even need to be repaired, they need a full restoration. But we hope that they will one day be part of our hospitable coworking space.
